实习心得分享在金波成长为更好的自己

在金波实习马上就要满一个月了,在这一个月中,我收获了许多。首先是在心态上的转变,再次,是在工作中收获到的方法,最后是对销售这一岗位有了全新的理解。
The internship in KingBo will be for a month soon and I have gained a lot in this month. The first is the change in mentality, the second is the method gained in the work, and the last is a new understanding of the sales position.
PART 01
主动学习
Develop the ability to learn by yourself
培养主动学习的能力。到金波实习的第一天,我就感受到了在职场中学习与在学校学习的巨大不同,在职场,需要培养主动学习的能力、对一切保持好奇并不断探索,才能有所收获,日益精进。在大学只需要按部就班地学习课程,那些知识是老师或者教材直接喂给同学的;而在职场中,作为一个新人,面对崭新的知识,需要自己主动学习,自我检索,询问前辈等等,甚至在身边人日常沟通工作中都可以从中汲取知识和经验,始终保持一颗好奇和探索的心。
Since I came to KingBo in the first day, I have realized the huge difference between the workplace and the university. In the workplace, in order to gain something new, we need to be curious to new knowledge and keep continuously exploring. In the university, we just need to learn the course according to the teachers’ arrangement. However, in the workplace, we can’t just wait for the knowledge, we should learn by ourselves through searching in the Internet, asking the predecessors and so on. With a curious and inquisitive heart, we can also learn various experience from other people’s daily communications.
PART 02
先完成再完美
Finish before perfect
第一次接TIC任务还有点担心自己会完不成,但是想到那句经常挂在大家嘴边的话先完成再完美,我决定试一试。在大家的帮助下,一点一点地知道了什么信息要去什么网站找,怎么和工厂交流,怎么获得信息增量。从给工厂打第一个电话的紧张慢慢变得知道如何从容地从工厂处得到信息,虽然有些时候还是会被工厂提出的问题难住,但是我会向他人寻求帮助,在下一次遇到类似问题时就可以变得从容不迫,在跌跌撞撞中完成了这次的TIC任务。而且大家一直鼓励我,相信我,我对自己也越来越有了一份自信,一份笃定,金波的小伙伴是大家一起携手向前,变得更好的伙伴。

When I first got the TIC task, I was a little worried I couldn’t finish it. However, with many colleagues’ encouragement that finish before perfect, I tried my best to do the task step by step, including finding information from the websites, how to talk with the factory to gain the useful news and so on. Although I might be trapped by the factory, I would ask my partners for help and gradually became easy to communicate with the factory. All in all, thanks to the careful help of my partners, I improved my professional skills and I knew that it might be difficult to do anything without trying.
PART 03
对销售的新理解
New understandings of sale
换位思考和学会感恩。我们的客户主要在伊朗,针对三个半小时的时差,在客户方便的时间去联系客户。与人方便,也是与己方便,把客户放在第一位,做一个善解人意的销售,做一家有温度的公司,无形中促进合作。还应该感恩客户给我们的每一个机会,尽全力做到最好。
Think things from other people’s perspective and learn to be grateful. Our main customers are in Iran and to be a good sale, we should take into account the time difference with the customers. It maybe a very small detail, but it conveys the company’s philosophy of putting the customers in the first place, promoting the cooperation invisibly. In addition, if the customer gives us the chance whether in the end we succeed or not, we should be grateful from the bottom of our heart and just do what we can do at our best attempt.
